Each purchase grants you a perpetual, single-user license to use the purchased version of the software and all subsequent updates within the same major version. A license key is delivered by email immediately after payment.
The license is personal and non-transferable. You may install the software on up to three computers you personally own or control.
Software is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

A free trial with no time limit is available before purchase so you can evaluate the software fully.
All sales are final. Because the license is delivered digitally and immediately, and a full-featured free trial is available prior to purchase, refunds are not provided as standard.

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT rate is calculated at checkout based on your billing country in accordance with EU digital services rules. VAT is collected and remitted via Stripe Tax.
We reserve the right to revoke or invalidate a license key in case of fraud, chargeback, or misuse. Revoked keys may be added to a block list enforced in future software updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. EU consumers retain any mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
